Connor Burns (he/him) is a Registered Clinical Counsellor based in Vancouver, BC, with a Master of Counselling from City University and over a decade of experience supporting youth, teens and adults, including at-risk and neurodivergent youth and their families.
He offers support to children, adults, and parents. HIs approach is grounded in empathy, collaboration, and curiosity. He draws from his training in Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Compassionate Inquiry (CI), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and Child-Centred Play Therapy. While these frameworks help guide his work, ultimately, he believes the therapeutic process begins with a respectful, attuned relationship, and that each person holds a wealth of wisdom and resiliency within.
