Clinician

Tiffany holds a Master’s degree in Counselling from City University and brings both professional training and deep compassion to her work with clients. Tiffany works with clients navigating grief, anxiety, life transitions, and other challenges that impact emotional and relational well-being. She has a special interest in couples and individual sex therapy, supporting people with concerns such as sexual dysfunction, intimacy challenges, kink-related issues, sexual identity exploration, and more.

Tiffany’s approach is grounded in an attachment-focused, evidence-based lens and shaped by an anti-oppressive, feminist, queer-affirming, sex-positive perspective. She believes that therapy should be a collaborative space where clients feel both affirmed and empowered to draw upon their own innate wisdom as they move toward growth, healing, and deeper connection with themselves and others.

Tiffany draws from a range of therapeutic modalities, including CBT, Narrative Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and somatic therapies, integrating these approaches to meet each client’s unique needs. With additional training in both sex therapy and narrative therapy, she is particularly attuned to how personal experiences intersect with cultural and systemic narratives that shape identity and relationships.

Tiffany works with adults ages 19 and up and sees her role as walking alongside her clients, creating space for exploration, curiosity, and expansion of perspective. Her goal is to help clients develop more authentic, fulfilling, and empowered ways of living and relating.
